Capt. Ricky S. Mehra is a highly accomplished maritime professional and Master Mariner with over 20 years of experience in the global shipping industry. Beginning his career at sea, he progressed to the rank of Master on Oil and Chemical Tankers, gaining extensive expertise in vessel operations, crew management, maritime compliance, and safety standards.
With a strong understanding of both shipboard and shore-based operations, he leads the crewing function with a focus on recruitment, training, retention, and welfare of seafarers. His leadership plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the development of highly competent maritime professionals.

Mr. Ajay Sinha is a highly respected maritime professional with over 30 years of experience in the shipping industry, bringing extensive expertise in crew management, maritime operations, and seafarer administration.
He began his career at sea as a Radio Officer, gaining valuable operational experience across different vessel types. Throughout his professional journey, he has held key roles in reputed maritime organizations, including Pratibha Shipping Pvt. Ltd., Executive Ship Management Pvt. Ltd., and Centauri Ship Management Pvt. Ltd.
With strong leadership and industry knowledge, he plays an important role in strengthening crew operations, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting efficient fleet management while prioritizing seafarer welfare.
